Selena is leading our Volunteer Coaching Pilot and Collective MGMT Foundations sessions, and is hosting a fully Spanish-language confidence workshop for our bilingual community.

Formerly with Wilhelmina Models, Natalia brings over 15 years of modeling and pageantry experience to the Academy, leading Runway Lab I: Foundations.
Your First Sessions

Open Rooftop Hour
Network. Practice. Connect.
Runway Lab is our in-person session, held on the Collective MGMT Rooftop — and it stays open for an optional hour afterward. Models can practice what they just learned, create social content, get one-on-one feedback, or connect with visiting photographers and creatives.
