Designed for models attending the show, our model housing offers the perfect place to stay, recharge, and connect—whether you're booked for Behind the Chair or simply looking to enjoy a few days in the Florida sun with fellow industry professionals.
As part of the Collective Management experience, this year's residents will also receive access to a curated lineup of exclusive partner experiences and wellness amenities, including sauna suites, float therapy, and additional surprises that will be announced throughout the weekend.

Show Dates: Booking Dates Vary per Client. Most Clients will be Working 22-24th.

Guests require agency approval in 72 hrs in advance. The house is women-only. Guests not booked through Collective cover their own costs, and no guests are permitted in the home while models are working off-site, for security.
